Rice pudding with chocolate and orange

6 servings

Ingredients:

1200 ml (40.5 fl oz) milk
80 gr (2.8 oz) glutinous rice
peel by 1 small orange
80 gr. (2.8 oz) brown sugar
50 gr. (1.7 oz)  coverture droplets
Orange and coverture zest for serving

Instructions:

Put the milk, rice, sugar and orange peel in a saucepan and let them simmer on very low heat for 30΄- 40, minutes, until the mixture thickens. Stir often so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot. Towards the end add the chocolate and mix. Transfer to individual bowls and put in the fridge. Serve with a little orange zest and chocolate.
